Why we built a
dental division.

Cannonball Recruiting was founded in 2020 with a simple belief: the best candidates don't come from job boards, they come from relationships. That approach drove our success in construction and manufacturing, and it's the same foundation we bring to dental.

As the dental staffing shortage intensified, practice owners kept asking the same question: "Why is it so hard to find someone who actually knows dental?" We saw an opportunity to apply our proven recruiting model to a market that desperately needed it.

The result is a division built specifically for dental practices, led by someone who knows the industry, backed by an operational infrastructure that moves fast and delivers right-fit candidates, not resume stacks.
